Overview
BlushTales respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

- The URL or location of the infringing material on our website
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a result of mistake or misidentification

- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
